People in the future will "pay for" these deficits by having lower incomes by the amounts of income what coud have been generated if resources were note borrowed from investors to be spent oncurrent expenditures. The "payment" starts immediately and persists indefinitely.

But they do get the same weight for the point made. Nothing in the sentence says they get the same benefit. How would they when someone paid $100,000 in taxes and someone else paid $100, all before the tax cut?
